The Bible is very clear about the importance of LIFESTYLE

  • “We try to live in such a way that no one will be hindered from finding the Lord by the way we act.” 2 Cor. 6:3 (NLT)
  • “Don’t deceive yourselves by just listening to his word; instead, put it into practice.” James 1:22
  • “Live in such a way that God’s love can bless you as you wait for the eternal life that our Lord Jesus is going to give you.” Jude 1:21 (NLT).

1. Living in God’s purposes for me

  • “Don’t live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the Master wants.” Eph. 5:17, The Message
  • “David served God’s purposes in his generation.”Acts 13:36

We are called to live under the same smile Jesus lived his life under. With so many disconnected from the blessing that Their Fathers could have given them, We live to Bless and make a difference to everyone who has never sensed or known the Love of the Father.

2. Influencing our culture

  • “Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings out the best of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.” Rom. 12:2

3. Finding common ground (with those who don’t believe yet)

  • “I don’t act as though I know it all and don’t say they are foolish...Whatever a person is like, I try to find common ground with him so that he will let me tell him about Christ and let Christ save him.” 1 Cor. 9:22 (LB)
  • “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.” 1 Peter 3:15 (NIV)

4. Expecting in faith and risk taking

  • “Without faith it is impossible to please God.” Hebrews 11:6 (NCV).
  • “According to your faith it will be done to you.” Matt. 9:29

5. Small group fellowship

  • “Open your homes to each other.” 1 Pet. 4:9 (NCV).
  • “Let us not give up the habit of meeting together, as some are doing. Instead, let us encourage one another all the more.” Hebrews 10:25 (TEV).

Our passion is for 100% of the members of The Stadium Vineyard to be in a small group, to be in a community where you’re known and are known, love and are loved, celebrate and are celebrated, and Serve and are served. supported, and growing by learning and serving with others.

6. Tithing

  • “Ten percent of everything you harvest is holy and belongs to Me.” Leviticus 27:30 (CEV)
  • “The purpose of tithing is to teach you always to put God first in your lives.” Deut. 14:23 (LB).

7. Yearly Spiritual checkups

  • “Test yourselves to make sure you are solid in the faith. Don’t drift along, taking everything for granted. Give yourselves regular checkups...If you fail the test, do something about it.” 2 Cor. 13:5 (MES)

8. Living in the smile of the Father

  • “Then the world will know that you sent me and will understand that you love them as much as you love me. John 17:23 (NLT)
